Terms of Service

1. Artwork may not be edited, copied, traced, used for NFT's, used in generative AI models and/or modified in ANY way.

2. 3D Character models may not be resold or redistributed without express permission from the artist. 

3. Commissions are for personal use only. Exceptions include usage in personal projects such as Youtube videos, VTubing, personal promotion material.If you would like a commercial license for the artwork commissioned, please contact me via email to discuss appropriate pricing. 

4. Only SFW and tasteful nude commissions accepted. 

5. You must provide at least one visual character reference for the commission.

6. All payments must be made in $USD (US Dollars) via PayPal invoice within 48 hours upon receiving a commission slot.

7. Work will commence once full payment has been received, typical turnaround is 2 months. Time-frame is subject to change dependent on commission complexity, which will be discussed beforehand for transparency.

8. One major anatomical edit may be made at the blockout phase. Major anatomical edits after 3D blockout will be subject to additional fees.

9. Refund Policy: refunds can be issued in full if work has not commenced within 3 months from payment, and 50% refunds can be issued if work has commenced. No refunds for completed artwork. If I am unable to fulfil your commission, a full refund will be made.

NOTE: I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at my total discretion. 

10. I reserve the right to refuse accepting a commission at my total discretion without disclosure to the client.
    
    

11. Commission files will be delivered via email as a Google Drive link containing .ztl, .stl, .fbx, .blend, and .png files as applicable. 

12. Additional 3D renders may be requested after commission completion at an additional fee subject to my personal discretion.
